The episode starts with Rubel enquiring about Adi and Pankhudi with Shanky. Shanky says, don’t know. Rubel and Payal follows Adi’s car. Payal says I will call them. Rubel says, it is not needed. Govardhan mama is speaking to someone and says Adi can’t refuse him. He tells Kamini that Adi’s name will be famous like his nanu. He says, lok sabha elections are coming and thinks to fight for the seat with Adi’s back up. Rubel over takes Adi’s car and asks him to come out. Adi says, what is wrong with you. Rubel asks, what is wrong with you? Adi says, I don’t want to discuss anymore. Rubel says, how can you insult your mama, mom and nanu. Adi says, It is my life and my point of view. Rubel says, you can’t do what you want. Did you forget that you spoke against Nanu. How can you forget his values and morals. Pankhudi asks Rubel to leave Adi. Rubel says, if you doesn’t answer then I will jump from the bridge. Pankhudi stops him from jumping. Adi is silent. Pankhudi says, Adi did this to make you MD. Rubel says, why he wants to make me MD.

Ambika asks Dadaji, what are you doing with newspapers. Dadaji says, I am searching the news about Adi and Pankhudi. Ambika says, I kept that part safe for framing. Dadaji applauds for her intelligence. Sameer asks the patients to be calm as they are negotiating with the doctors. They get hyper and starts beating him. Adi comes to Avantika’s room and sees her sleeping. He says sorry for hurting her.

Nurse informs Preeti about the attack on Sameer. Sadanand came to know about Sameer getting injured. Nirmala blames Preeti. Sadanand says we have to rush. Avantika tells Anuj to come to office for signing the legal documents. Rubel comes back home. Anuj says, you have to take over the MD responsibility from today. Sheela says, shall I come. Avantika says, you must come. Sheela says it is a happy moment for me. Adi is leaving for the site. He says, I will sign the power of attorney papers and will go to the site directly. Anuj says, we didn’t want thing to happen. Adi tells to Avantika that he is right. Avantika says, this is your thinking and hope he works on site. She asks him not to let her down. Adi tells Sheela that his brother is honest and straight forward like her. He asks him to promise him that he will accept mami’s saying. Sheela asks Adi to take care of himself.

Rubel hugs Adi and cries. Rubel says, I can’t do this. Adi says, you have to do it. They get emotional. Pankhudi and Adi get emotional. Padma asks Sheela not to feel bad. Mangal says, you have just asked for your right. Avantika says, business decisions can’t be taken by being emotional. Harish says, I understand. Avantika says, I fail to understand why Adi is doing this. Harish says, let it be. Adi is leaving. Pankhudi cries. Adi comes out. Servants get emotional. Adi looks at the Deewan Mansion. Music plays…..Adi sits in the car and leaves.
