The episode starts with Pankhudi telling Avantika that she was thinking to get the rooms clean. Adi is speaking on phone and says he is the MD of the company. Sheela wonders what has happened to Adi. Mangal says, I fear Adi might betray you. Sheela says, I have faith on him. He promised me. Rubel tells Adi that he is going on the new site and asks him to take care. Adi says, I can manage alone. Shanky brings Adi’s office bag. Adi asks Rubel to keep it in his car. Rubel agrees. Avantika calls Rubel and asks him to take care of health. Rubel says I won’t let you down. She tells Adi that next time I want you to be at the breakfast table and asks him to learn the rules. Adi says, I know. She asks him to hold the office bag if he wants to be like nanu. Adi says, I will do it. Pankhudi says, you are looking changed. Adi says, sometimes people needs to change their perspective. He leaves.

Preeti says, I want to hold the meeting with the staff. Sameer says, I was here naa. But agrees with her. Shanky asks Pankhudi to rest and he will clean the rooms. Pankhudi gets the torn cards in Avantika’s rooms. Padma peeps in and recalls her plotting against Avantika. Pankhudi says, someone wants to create misunderstandings between mom and mami. She thinks to talk to Payal. At the office, everyone are waiting for Adi. Avantika says, half an hour have passed and wonders where is Adi. Avantika apologizes on behalf of Adi. Anuj says sorry too. All the clients leave. Anuj asks Avantika to talk to Adi patiently. Adi comes there and asks, when is the meeting starting? Avantika says, it is cancelled. Adi says, my friend came from US and I went to meet him. Avantika scolds him. Anuj asks, did the meeting important. Avantika scolds Adi and says responsibilities comes with chair. She asks, what is wrong with him? Adi says, I am not a kid, I am MD of this company. He thinks of Sheela’s saying. He says sorry to Avantika and thinks to proves himself unworthy of MD chair.

Avantika says sorry to Anuj and says his behavior is not acceptable. Anuj says, you are overreacting and thinks to give some time to Adi. Avantika says, Dad made his reputation with hard work. Adi can’t behave like this. Rubel is working in tents. Anuj says, we shall leave for home. Sheela is cutting Adi and Pankhudi’s photo from the newspaper. Pankhudi comes and tells her that she got the card paper from one of the room. Padma asks, who will do it? She asks, from whose room it got? She asks, from where did you get it? Pankhudi is silent. Padma asks, are you covering up someone act. Pankhudi says, I will find out the person who did it.

Padma instigates Sheela against Pankhudi. She asks her to be careful until Adi fulfills the promise. Preeti is talking with the inhouse doctors and says how can you break the hospital rules. You can’t practise privately until you are resident doctor of this hospital. She decides to fire them. Sameer asks her to rethink about her decision. Preeti says, you should have fired them. I have taken the decision and you should stick to it. Avantika is talking to Harish about Adi’s behavior. She is really disturbed. Harish asks her to calm down. Pankhudi comes. Harish says, I am getting late for shoot. Harish says, it is good that Pankhudi came else I would have said something. Pankhudi asks, why mood is upset? Harish excuses himself.

Adi asks the peon to tell Avantika not to call him as he is going for some work. Avantika tells Pankhudi that Adi didn’t reach for the board meeting. Pankhudi says, I will talk to him. Avantika says, I am afraid. Padma tells Mangal that Pankhudi might suspect them. Mangal says, Anu called him and said she is coming to Mumbai. Padma is very much happy and says I will tell Sheela. Harish tells Adi that you are a son of a good actor. Pankhudi overhears again. Pankhudi asks what you were saying? I want to know? Adi says, Dad was saying if I was an actor then life would have been different. She says you can’t lie with me. I am sure that you are doing this for a reason. Adi is silent. Pankhudi says, you are bearing it all alone. He tells her everything. Promise made to Sheela. He says, I have to do this for my brother Rubel. Pankhudi hugs him.
