The episode starts with Saachi telling Ganga that she did a mistake to hate her but infact should have carefully observed her to become expert in trapping people like her. Ganga says, you are wrong even now and asks her to leave. Saachi says, you might be worried of your image. But don’t worry there is no one here, nobody will come to know about your true self. Ganga insists her to go. Saachi asks her to shut up. She says, I would have given a son to Jagya if married him. She calls her cheater. She says, when Jagya gets clear of his feelings then you go insearch of a third victim. Ganga loses her cool and asks her to shut up. She says whatever you have lost is because of your doings. Because of the venom which is filled in yourself. You didn’t love anyone as you never understands love. Ganga feels uncomfortable while speaking. She speaks good about her family. Saachi says, simple Ganga even knows how to get angry. Ganga says, I need to show you mirror. Saachi says, don’t know whether your baby will live or not or you live to see him or not. Ganga says, nothing can happen to her baby. Saachi curses her and says you will not be saved. Jagya’s family will remarry him and what will happen to your baby if Jagya new wife is like me. Ganga gets restless and is in pain. Saachi says, we will meet if you stay alive. Ira, Meenu and Anandi take Dadisaa’s leave. Ira asks for Saachi. Saachi comes and says I was talking with Ganga. Ira says, we shall leave now. Saachi greets Dadisaa. Dadisaa blesses her.

Jagya gets Ganga’s call and she says our baby….Jagya says, I am coming. Jagya rushes home. Everyone are shocked. Jagya says, have to do the operation. Dadisaa says, labour pain have started. Jagya takes her in the jeep with Sumitra and Dadisaa. Sumitra calls Lal and asks him to prepare for operation. Ganga us dying with pain. Jagya drives the jeep and reaches the hospital. Bhairov reaches there. Dadisaa asks Jagya to save Ganga and gets emotional. Jagya nods and goes to the OT. Sumitra is crying while Dadisaa is waiting anxiously outside the OT. Dadisaa gets emotional as she recalls Ganga’s concerning words for her. Dadisaa prays to the Devimaa. Sumitra joins her. Gehna is waiting at home. Anandi calls haveli and asks Gehna to give the call to Dadisaa. Gehna tells her that Ganga’s condition deterioted and she is rushed to the hospital for operation. Anandi is shocked. Shiv asks, what happened? She calls Bhairov who informs her that operation is going on. Jagya is in operation theatre. Bhairov says, don’t know what happened. He tells her that Dadisaa and Sumitra are doing Mrityunjay Jap. Anandi says we will pray for Ganga. Jagya is assisting the gynaec in the operation. Anandi, Meenu and Ira does Mrityunjay Jap. Saachi asks, what happened? Daddu informs her about Ganga being critical. Saachi is happy and recalls her poisonous words.

Saachi says, how’s sad. She was fine when we left from Jaitsar. Saachi is waiting for the news. Ganga delivers the baby. Everyone hears his cries. Dadisaa smiles. Jagya tells Ganga that Mannu’s brother has come. Ganga smiles as she looks at the baby. She calls for Dadisaa. Gynaec tells Jagya that Ganga will be fine as she gets unconscious. Jagya comes of the OT and hugs Bhairov emotionally. He nods in a yes. Bhairov is happy. Jagya tells Dadisaa that God has listened to your plea, both Ganga and her son is fine. Dadisaa is happy and hugs him.

Precap:Anandi happily informs everyone that Ganga gave birth to a baby boy and both mother and son are fine. Saachi is angry and thinks how can she be so lucky. Dadisaa, Bhairov and Sumitra look at the baby. Jagya tells Ganga that the baby is handsome and smart like him.
